Some Guy Who Kills People is about Ken Boyd, a lonely man fresh out of the loony bin, who sets out to kill those he deems responsible for his miserable life.

For some reason, I was looking forward to this film. I guess that is was John Landis being the executive producer of it, but once I saw that is was the same director from “Mega Shark vs. Giant Octopus,” I got less interested in it.
While I would not say that it was a great film, I did indeed enjoy it quite a bit. The story is about as average as it gets, but what actually makes the film watchable is the acting and I cannot believe that I am saying that. On top of the acting, this was actually a well shot film. I love a lot of what they did with the lighting of the film. Every schene seemed to have perfect lighting and which lead to some nicely shot scenes.
Kevin Corrigan as Ken was pretty darn good. This guy has actually been in a bunch of bigger films, most of which I am not a big fan of though. Karen Black is always awesome at just being so close to over the top, but never quite going over. She was funny in this one. Believe it or not, my favorite was Barry Bostwick as the Sheriff. He was funny as balls.
You have a black comedy that is pretty fun with some decent gore and nice kills. Nothing overly special, but plenty of fun to watch.
My biggest issue with this film is that you kind of see the ending coming since everything started unraveling way too early in the film, but all in all, I have a good time with this one and have no issues recommending this to anyone.
