Down Perform New Song The Misfortune TellerThe band performed new song The Misfortune Teller live in North Carolina on May 21.

Get ready for some new Down in the next few years. They have promised multiple EPs, each of which will focus on one element of their sound, so they will all be distinct EPs. From the sounds of The Misfortune Teller, it looks like the first one will be pretty heavy.

The new Down EP will appear later this year and feature the following tracks:

Levitation
Witchtripper
The Misfortune Teller
Open Coffins
This Work Is Timeless

    I will be seeing them on the 29th in Pensacola. I seen Down play once, they had Soilent Green and Southern Isolation opening. And, Phil’s wife was the lead singer of Southern Isolation and when she was getting boo’ed he came on the stage and started threatening the crowd if they did not respect her, that Down would not play tonight. After he left, the crowd all just went outside to smoke or drink at the bar, it was so cruel.
