With a veritable who’s who of 70’s TV movie icons, Ants is a decent watch, but nothing really special by any stretch of the imagination. The scenes with the ants are laughable at best and the tension that could have been never was.

If you have never seen this made-for-TV movie, you are probably better off, but if you are a completist that must see every horror movie out there, it is worth seeking out. Remember that I told you that it was nothing special though, so do not come back at me after seeing it.
